Eb03 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the eb03 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the eb03 platform, you expressly confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms apply to all users of the eb03 platform in Malaysia, including those browsing without an account, registered users, and those accessing our services via the mobile app. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. eb03 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of being held by an underage individual.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. eb03 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including by requesting valid identification documents. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. eb03 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login information. Please contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the eb03 platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under these terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security systems
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it on your behalf
- Submitting false or misleading claims or information to the platform
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes or money laundering
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All transactions on the eb03 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using local payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking via FPX and local e-wallets. Successfully processed deposits will be credited to the user's account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your eb03 account. eb03 reserves the right to reject or hold any withdrawal request that does not meet this requirement or requires additional verification. In certain cases, document verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved.
Eb03 is not liable for any losses resulting from processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Users are advised to keep proof of transactions for reference in the event of a dispute.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Eb03 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. The platform may undergo maintenance, updates, or technical disruptions from time to time. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eb03 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from betting decisions made by users.
Account Suspension & Closure
Eb03 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a way that endangers other users or the integrity of the system. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be refunded, depending on the nature of the violation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the eb03 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the intellectual property of eb03 or our licensed partners. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from eb03. Unauthorised use of the eb03 logo or brand name is strictly prohibited.

Eb03 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. The date of the latest update will be displayed at the top of this document. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the eb03 platform shall be resolved through the proper channels under Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
